Henrik Vibskov’s Spring/Summer 2015 has been released to the world. Going against the grain when thinking of traditional colors and themes of Spring and Summer (i.e.: florals, pinks, etc…), Vibskov not only integrates Celosia Oranges, Placid Blues, and Cayennes but allows them to flourish beside more neutral tones.
As for the work that utilizes more of a neutral tone, what sets this collection aside from others are the aesthetics. Incorporating his love of interior design and music, the aesthetics include the sizing – seemingly focusing on function – as well as eye-catching graphics and a sweater that, at a glance, seems like a mix of the Stay Puft Marshmallow man from Ghostbusters and a late portrait of Salvador Dali. All the while, these fits are worth wearing.
