David Koma Spring/Summer 2016 Collection LFW

Women, Fashion, Runway

Knee length dresses in black, white and varying shades of periwinkle graced the runway in the David Koma Spring/Summer 2016 collection presented at London Fashion Week. The Central Saint Martin’s graduate debuted his first collection at age 15 and was elevated to international recognition through his close attention to the feminine silhouette. The fit-and-flare styles with fearless cutouts and wrapped leather detailing stood out against the delicate essence of the lustrous medallion finishings. Slim trousers and polished sheath dresses with flowing bell sleeves was just another chapter in his 60s story — which Koma began writing last season — of an impeccable balance of genteel and tenacity.
