City Mappers: Blood Brother Fall/Winter 2017 LFWM

Designers Nicholas Biela and James Waller drew upon the River Thames as their main source of inspiration for their line Blood Brother this season, looking back to the mudlarkers and ferrymen of the18th and 19th centuries. Cartography took on a major role as prints for their fall line, with a print referencing the Battersea Power Station on the back of a black jacket; otherwise, this was an entirely cool and casual lineup full of ferry-man corduroy and oversized shapes, tailored outerwear and sportswear, all in black, white and navy with pops of orange
