Deveaux continued to excel at its American-made, re-invented classics brand philosophy. It’s always difficult to make refreshing changes and edits because of the conservative limitations of luxury menswear. However, the designers at Deveaux revealed a smart collection that was clean-cut and wearable, but still very now. There were some Ross Geller-esque knits in muted jewel tones and zippered shirts (which were pretty polarizing in concept). A strong ’90s influence permeated the styling too: chunky Everlast sneakers paired with slacks held up by contrast-stitched leather belts. Light linens and revere collars were perfect for the season as well. Finely crafted, Deveaux is well on its way to becoming a New York mainstay.
